Whether you need a simple brake adjustment on your daily-driver, a shock swap on your dirt-surfer, or a full-on resto for your pre-war ballooner, Our trained mechanics have got you covered, and estimates are always free! Stop by at your own convenience.

*Prices listed below are starting points for basic model bikes and may increase depending on the needs of your bicycle. Ask us about our service packages for E-bikes, Full Suspension mountain bikes, Tandems, Trikes, Hand Cycles, etc. 

Safety Check
$30 

This is a quick, and oftentimes on-the-spot service for those who need to get on the road ASAP. It consists of a general once-over of the bike to make sure that everything is in good health and ready to be ridden. We will:

  • Check all fasteners to proper torque 

  • Wipe down frame

  • Air up Tires 

  • Make necessary adjustments with barrel adjusters

Basic Tune-Up
$50

This is a service for a bike that has generally been well-maintained, but is in need of a few adjustments. It includes:

  • Wipe down of frame

  • Wipe down and lubrication of drivetrain

  • Brake and Gear adjustments 

  • headset adjustments 

  • Bottom bracket adjustments  

 Full Tune-Up
$75 
 

This service is the same as our Basic Tune-up but also includes:

  • Wheel Truing 

  • Axle Adjustment 

Light Cleaning
$30

  A simple cleaning, this service includes:

  • Frame wiped down 

  • Removal of all visible grit/grime from drivetrain components

  • Chain is put through commercial grade cleaner and re-lubed 

 Full Cleaning
$70

 A more in depth cleaning, this service includes:

  • Detailed frame cleaning

  • All drivetrain components removed from frame and cleaned in an industrial parts washer

Bike Assembly
$100 

Is your bike still in the box? We're happy to assemble it.

Remember, anyone can make tight, we make it right!

Overhaul
$250

Includes everything from the full tune-up and full cleaning, but also includes a the repacking of wheel bearings, bottom bracket bearings, and all component and new cable installation fees.

Sales Policy

Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories, manuals, and original packing materials.

30 Day Return Period for Refunds

We accept returns for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below.

90-Day Return Period for Exchange or Store Credit 

We accept returns for an exchange or store credit for up to 90 days from the date of the original purchase.

 

No returns after 90 days.

​

Restocking Fee

All returned bicycles will incur a 15% restocking fee. This applies only to un-used, current model-year bicycles sold at full retail price.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include labor; discounted sale items; consumable items such as food and drink; or items that are open, used, damaged, or abused.

​

Refund Method

Refunds for cash transactions will be made in the form of a company check. Refunds for check transactions will be made in the form of a company check after a 21 day waiting period. Refunds for credit card transactions and debit cards will be in the same form as the original purchase.

Special Orders

All special orders require payment in full at time of transaction.

All special order sales are final.

All special orders must be picked up within 90 days.
